Current faculty, staff, students, or alumni of any Harvard University school

and

• An ROTC Cadet or Midshipman OR

• An active duty member of any branch of the armed services from any country OR

• An honorably discharged veteran of any branch of the armed services from any country OR

• A retired veteran of any branch of the armed services of any country
